I'm a game producer. Today I coordinate an eight-person interdisciplinary team — programming, game design, level design, art and QA — on a year-long project now in its twelfth sprint, on a two-week Agile cadence run in HacknPlan.
My job is making sure the team knows what's next and why. I write the requirements, run the weekly review, groom the backlog every month, and hold 1:1s to understand how each person is doing with their role and their workload. When a delivery slips I rebalance tasks or cut scope before the block reaches review.
In parallel, for three years I've handled incidents and operations at TNGroup: I diagnose failures on installed equipment, assign technicians, hired the external parts supplier, and built the stock system the operation uses every day — including a mobile version technicians use to request parts so deliveries move faster. I also led TNGtickets, the ticketing platform that replaced Excel and WhatsApp for the whole operation — live for a year and still shipping weekly.
I come from the technical side — Unity, C# and Python — and that lets me talk to each discipline in its own terms instead of playing middleman.
At Global Game Jam I led the Almas de la Orilla team: 72 hours, we shipped something playable, and I pitched it on stage.
